Please note that Pantone matching fees still apply on sample runs and that samples are still subject to standard turnaround times.
We prefer .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, .TIFF but we will also accept .JPG, .GIF. and .PNG. The key to art submissions is to make sure you’ve created Hi-Res artwork. Preferably, you will have created this to be the same size as the art you would like printed.

Most projects are sized based on the smallest shirt in your order. We can absolutely change the print size, but each print size will be priced as its own order.
We can! We take a lot of pride in our ability to match the standards set by Pantone when we mix our ink colors. This is a color matching standard used worldwide by graphics professionals to insure accurate color communication.
You might also consider selecting an ink from our house color list:

Absolutely! We do require that a minimum of 24 shirts are printed before the ink color change. Because of the time it takes to clean and replace the ink on a screen, each color change is subject to a $20 change fee. We allow a maximum of three color changes per order.
Our standard screen size is 14" x 16".
Our max print area for apparel is 18" x 22”.
Our max print area for flat stock is 24" x 36".
All of our garment pages can be sorted by eco-friendly options, or if you’d rather see them all in one place, click here!
Unfortunately, we cannot print on customer supplied items. We have great relationships with our suppliers so we have found it’s generally the same price. It also helps streamline the logistics if we purchase these items directly.
Just ask! We acquire products from every major manufacturer. Let us know what you are interested in and we will see if we can make it happen for you.
Screen printing is not an exact science, so we have to allow for variance in quality. During our 6-point quality control check, we will pull out items that aren’t up to par. If over 5% of the pieces are pulled out, we will reprint them. If less than 5% are pulled out, we will not reprint. If you need the exact number of shirts in your order, please let your account rep know. We will order a few extra to cover for any shirts that aren’t perfect.
Example: If you order 100 shirts and 3% are not up to our standards, you will receive 97 shirts in total.
Spot Colors are used when you are printing three distinct colors. For example, if your design is an American flag, your colors will be red, white and blue. Very straightforward.
CMYK is a process that uses tiny dots of four different colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) to create the final colors that you see, just like your printer at home. It does not work on darker garments, but it does allow you to do a more complicated print using only four colors.
Simulated Process is similar to CMYK, but instead of using four colors we use up to thirteen. This is the process we use for dark garments.
With water-based ink, part of the final color of your print is dependent on the garment bleaching or not bleaching. Water-based inks only react with organic materials and since these garments are blended with polyester, that polyester portion does not react to bleach in the same way. This can cause the color to vary.
Yes! We also offer reflective ink, silicone and more. Check out the full list on our services page!
Yes, absolutely. Water-based printing is one of our specialties.
Printing over these can pose a challenge, but it’s a process we have been working to perfect. It can cause the occasional inconsistency and for that reason we prefer to use water-based ink.
Front, back, sleeves and sides are common locations, but check out our resources link for more ideas!

The complexity of the design or more specifically, the number of print colors. Fewer colors used saves us time which in turns saves you money.
For example: An American Flag on a black shirt requires three print colors (red, white and blue). If you print only the silhouette of the flag in all white, that would only require one color (white).
The number of printed locations. Each print location has to be done separately and requires its own unique setup, which is why a shirt with a front print only costs less than a shirt with a front and back print.
The style and brand of a garment is one of the biggest factors. Hoodies cost more than t-shirts and American-made shirts cost more than imports. Your sales rep is happy to work you on selecting the right garment for your look and budget.
And finally, extras like specialty inks or finishing services (IE fold-and-bag) can add additional fees.
Due to the nature of screen printing, even the smallest design variation requires an entirely new setup. Our prices are always based on quantity per design for that reason. We cannot combine multiple designs for a discounted rate.
